The usual dose in adults is 1 film-coated tablet 400 mg norfloxacin twice daily. The recommended dose is 1 film-coated tablet 400 mg norfloxacin once daily. Swallow the tablets with a glass of water at least one hour before or two hours after a meal or drink of milk.
